FAQ
There are 4 levels to teach golf. The first 3 are organized by the regional federations Golfvlaanderen and AFGolf in cooperation with the Royal PGA of Belgium. Only the last level PGA Professional is organized by the Royal PGA of Belgium.
All amateurs with a handicap <28.4 can play on the Monday Tour. Registrations are done by email to info@pga.be indicating the federation number. Entry fee is €85 unless you join the PGA Club (€99 annual fee) which gives you a discount of €20 per event!
As a (Belgian) amateur, you must have a handicap better than scratch (+0.5) before you can become a member of the Royal PGA of Belgium. You can also try joining a third-level Tour (ProGolfTour or AlpsTour).
Once you join the professional ranks, you must change your status from amateur to professional. You can do this by contacting the Royal Belgian Golf Federation.
